Windsor's Adult Day Health Center, The Caring Connection, was established in 1987 as a community based service designed to meet the needs of impaired adults through a structured and safe daytime program.

A team of professionally certified, licensed staff provides daytime care to frail, elderly or disabled adults while giving respite, support and peace of mind to caregivers.
