Clients who qualify for the Home Care for Elders Program through the State of Connecticut may choose adult day care as part of their plan of care. Private pay individuals may qualify for partial financial assistance funding through the North Central Area Agency on Aging funded through the Older Americans Act, The Granger Foundation, and the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving (Brainard and Archer Funds).
