Community Meeting - Great Pond Village Development

Residents and business owners are invited to learn more about Great Pond Village in the Council Chambers at Windsor Town Hall located at 275 Broad Street.

Great Pond Village is the planned mixed use development of the former Combustion Engineering and ABB campus located on Day Hill Road. This exciting multi-year development will integrate a range of housing styles, neighborhood retail services, recreational uses, open space and office development on over 650 acres.

The fiscal impact analysis consultant will present his company's findings on the infrastructure and service costs and the development's forecasted net positive revenues to the town. The project's developerwill present an overview of the proposed special taxing district that may be established at Great Pond Village.
