Staff in the Town of Windsor Engineering department develop the Town's infrastructure for non-building related projects in accordance with the Plan of Development and the Capital Improvement Program (CIP).

We provide engineering support services to design roads and sidewalks, prepare and update engineering maps and drawings, and serve internal needs as well as those of the general public.
