- Recreation and Leisure Services is responsible for developing programs and services which enhance the quality of life in the community. This includes providing a variety of enjoyable leisure, cultural and educational pursuits in parks and facilities that are well maintained, safe and accessible. The department consists of recreation, Police Athletic League, Youth Service Bureau, and Northwest Park.
