The Illicit Discharges and Connections Ordinance was adopted by Town Council on April 6, 2009 and became effective on April 16, 2009. Various groups have asked about how to properly hold a car wash fundraising event. Please refer to the Town's car wash brochure for more information. Businesses and residents commonly ask questions related to the disposal of swimming pool and hot tub wastewaters.
