Considers appeals from owners concerning the value placed on their property by the Town Assessor.
Summary:
The Windsor Board of Assessment Appeals was established Pursuant to section 5-1 of the Windsor Charter, there is established the board of assessment appeals for the purpose of carrying out the duties set forth in Connecticut General Statute section 12-110 et al.
