1. Call to Order

Mayor Donald Trinks called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.

Moved by Deputy Mayor Curtis, seconded by Councilor Ellingwood to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of:

1. Strategy and negotiations with respect to pending claims and litigation (Windsor-Bloomfield landfill)
2. Discussion of the selection of a site or a lease, sale or purchase of real estate

Motion Passed 6-0-0 (Councilors Broxterman, Jepsen and Mulligan absent)

Entered Executive Session at 6:33 p.m.
 

2. Executive Session

Tom Lenehan, Charles Petrillo and Jason Weathers left Executive Session at 7:06 p.m.

James Burke entered Executive Session at 7:06 p.m.

Moved by Councilor Simon, seconded by Councilor Ellingwood to exit Executive Session and re-enter the Special Town Council meeting at 7:26 p.m.
