p.m.), Don Albano (arrived at 6:30 p.m.)

1. Call To Order
The meeting was called to order at
6:15 p.m.
2. Discussion Concerning the
Evaluation of a Public Officer or Employee
Motion made by Councilor Mulligan,
seconded by Councilor Walker to enter into Executive
Session for the purpose of discussing the appointment,
employment, performance, evaluation, health or
dismissal of a public officer or employee.
Motion Passed 5-0-0
Town Council entered Executive
Session at 6:15 p.m.
Town Manager Churchill was provided
the opportunity to attend the Executive Session, but
he respectively declined.
Councilor Albano joined the meeting
at 6:30 p.m.
Councilor Simon joined the meeting
at 6:58 p.m.
Motion made by Councilor Simon,
seconded by Councilor Pacino to re-enter Town Council
Special Meeting at 7:05 p.m.
Motion Passed 7-0-0
3. Adjournment
Motion made by Deputy Mayor Curtis,
seconded by Councilor Pacino to adjourn the meeting at
7:06 p.m.
Motion Passed 7-0-0
