  1. CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Trinks called the regular meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
 

  1. ROLL CALL

    Present: Mayor Trinks, Deputy Mayor Curtis, Councilor Ellingwood, Councilor Dean, Councilor Jepsen, Councilor Mulligan, Councilor Simon and Councilor Walker

    Absent: Councilor Broxterman

     

  2.  APPOINTMENT OF TOWN MANAGER

    Moved by Councilor Dean, seconded by Deputy Mayor Curtis that Peter Souza be appointed Town Manager of Windsor effective, October 13, 2004 and that Mayor Donald Trinks be authorized to execute the proposed agreement for the Town of Windsor setting forth the terms and conditions of this appointment.

    Motion Passed 8-0-0

     

  3. ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Councilor Jepsen, seconded by Councilor Walker to adjourn the Special Town Council meeting at 7:05 p.m.
