Present: Mayor Trinks, Deputy Mayor Curtis, Councilor Dean, Councilor Ellingwood, Councilor Jepsen, Councilor Broxterman, Councilor Mulligan, Councilor Simon and Councilor Walker

Mayor Trinks called the public hearing to order at 6:16 p.m.

Mayor Trinks read the public hearing notice.
 

Public Comment

Mr. Bill Heim, 39 Cobblestone Way, addressed the Council regarding the budget. He feels the rate increase is totally unrealistic given the financial times. He noted that the teachers received a 6% raise and commented that likely no one in the room received a 6% raise. A 6.9% increase in the budget is too high; we need to make cuts to make it more realistic for these times.

Mayor Trinks closed the public hearing at 6:21 p.m.
