Subject to verification of the required number of signature names filed with the Town Clerk by March 29, 2012, a Special Town Meeting of the electors pursuant to Windsor Charter Section 9-4 will be held at the Sage Park Middle School, 25 Sage Park Road in the Town of Windsor, Connecticut, on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (prevailing time) to vote on the following question:


 


Shall the Town Council’s vote on March 19, 2012 to authorize the Town Manager to execute on behalf of the Town of Windsor a fixed assessment agreement with Dollar Tree Distribution, Inc. be ratified?
