In October, the town once again conducted a citizen survey to collect information about residents’ perceptions of quality of life, satisfaction with services, spending priorities, public information and participation tendencies and perception of town employees’ customer service.

The survey was mailed to 4,000 randomly selected Windsor households. Households were selected from the town’s motor vehicle tax roll. The survey response rate was 26% and included households from each U.S. Census tract block in Windsor.
