About Cyd:

Cyd Groff recieved BA degrees in Education and Music from Lynchburg College and an MA degree in Biology from Central Connecticut State University and has been a Certified Inland Wetlands Agent since 2002.

As the Inland Wetlands Agent and Environmental Planner, Cyd reviews applications; drafts plans and regulations; administers and enforces the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations; conducts numerous education, cleanup and monitoring programs designed to protect and conserve the environment; and performs numerous other activities in support of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency, the Town Planning and Zoning Commission, the Energy Task Force, the Town Council and other town departments and agencies.
