Pavement

Pavement involves the maintenance and repair of town-owned roads, curbs, bike paths, and sidewalks.

Various methods of repair include: crack sealing, reclamation, overlay, spot paving, and replacement and mudjacking of sidewalks.  Dirt roads are graded and rolled as needed.  Click here for paving schedule.

Potholes are caused by freeze/thaw conditions in the winter.  To report a pothole or road problem, email publicworks@townofwindsorct.comor call 860-285-1855. Crews will take care of the problem as soon as possible.  During the winter months, the potholes are temporarily filled with cold patch until they can be filled with hot patch during warmer weather months.

Winter sand and debris is swept from all town streets and town parking lots. Click here for sweeping schedule.
