About Kristen:

Kristen Formanek is the Coordinator for Windsor Social Services and is responsible for the administration of all programs and services. She holds her Masters Degree in Social Work from Springfield College and her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Central Connecticut State University.

She provides case management to any individual and their families. Kristen is also responsible for the administration of the Windsor Community Service Council and is the staff Liaison to the Commission on Aging and Persons with Disabilities for the Town of Windsor. Kristen is the current President of C.L.A.S.S. (Connecticut Local Administrators of Social Services). Kristen sits on the Agency Advisory Council to Foodshare.

Kristen works Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
