About Elaine:

Elaine Richards is a caseworker for the Town of Windsor Social Services.

Elaine is a licensed counselor with experience in the mental health field.  She provides case management primarily to adults with disabilities and mental health concerns. Elaine also coordinates the SHARE program. SHARE GROUP is an information and support group open to all residents of Shad Run Terrace and Millbrook Village.

Elaine works Thursdays and Fridays from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
