Recording Secretary



The Town of Windsor seeks a secretary (contract position) to take meeting minutes for the Town Council.  Payment is $416 per month. The Council generally meets the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:30 pm. Exceptions are for July and August (one meeting per month) and budget season during April (more frequent meetings).  On occasion, meetings begin at 7pm.  Completed minutes must be emailed to the Town Manager's office within 5 calendar days of each meeting.

 

Experience taking minutes for municipal boards and commissions is highly desired, but not necessary.  Must have typing, grammar, punctuation, and Microsoft Word skills.
