An event every week that begins at 8:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until December 14, 2023
Designed for adults that have not had formal swim instruction but are ready to take the plunge. Learn introductory level swimming and safety skills, including the development of breath control, floating, gliding, kicking on front and back, rotary breathing, arm strokes on front and back, safety skills, and entries and exits.
Dates: Thursday from October 19 to December 14
Time: 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM or 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Where: Windsor High School Indoor Pool
Ages: 18 and up
