This program is designed for adults that have had very little or no formal swim instruction, but are ready to take the plunge. Adults will learn basic level swimming and safety skills, including the development of breath control, floating, gliding, kicking on front and back rotary breathing, arm strokes on front and back, safety skills, and entries and exits. the ratio is 1 to 2 participants.
Date/Time: Thursdays from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM or 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Session 1: January 18 to March 7
Session 2: March 21 to May 9
Where: Windsor High School Indoor Pool
Ages: 18+
Cost: Residents-$70.00; Nonresidents-$140.00
