Beginner Vinyasa Yoga: Beginner Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga where students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one posture to the next. Students will practice breathing techniques, postures, and meditation, gaining strength, flexibility and focus. Classes are appropriate to all levels, beginner to advanced. Please bring a mat, towel, and water. $60.00 for a six week session. Class are held on Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM through until April 16.
