Even though your newborn can’t hold a book or understand the alphabet, it’s never too early to introduce them to the wonder of books! Join the Windsor Public Library from 11:30 AM to 12:15 PM every Friday for Book Babies, a program for babies 16 moths and under and their caregivers.
