BioBlitz (August 7-11):  A Bioblitz is also known as a biological inventory. Learn to use binoculars, magnifiers, and ID books as we make the longest list we can of flora and fauna of Northwest Park as we explore it from top to bottom. Discuss how humans may have impacted the results you find. We will be ending the week with an Animal Olympics where parents/guardians are invited to join our Closing Ceremony! Riverside Reptiles Education Center will be making an appearance with native CT wildlife to showcase the uniqueness of their individual adaptations. We’ll also be taking a trip to the Marsh Botanical Gardens to further explore biodiversity. $355.00 residents, $380.00 nonresidents. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
