Family fun and community spirit in a substance-free environment. The Youth Services Bureau Summer Teen Employment Program (STEP) invites families to their annual Community Block Parties. Enjoy games, arts and crafts, face painting, music, bounce house, food and more! Admission is a school snack donation for the Weekend Wheels Program. 860-285-1946.
