Community Halloween Party

Friends of Windsor Animal Care & Control invite you to our Community Halloween Party at Windsor’s Animal Shelter, 970 Marshall Phelps Road, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Rain date October 27). Trick or Treat along the Animal Shelter Trail. Halloween Costume Contest for kids and pets. Pet and Owner Parade starts at 1:00 PM and prizes will be awarded for both child and pet.
