Do you think you have one of the best-decorated houses in Windsor this holiday season? Windsor Recreation will be conducting the Third Annual Deck the House: Holiday Light Contest this year. Winners of each category will win Visa Gift Cards and bragging rights. Register online at townofwindsorct.com/recreation by 5:00 PM on Monday, December 2.
