DIY Plant the Promise Kits

In celebration of Red Ribbon Week (October 23 – 31) the Windsor Youth Services Bureau will be delivering red tulip kits to your house so you can plant the promise (that will bloom in the spring) to live a healthy, drug-free life. Red Ribbon Week is a national effort in which we raise awareness in the community about drug abuse. You’ll receive a YouTube instructional video on how to plant the bulbs, followed by an interactive Zoom call to meet other families who are also planting a promise.  Each kit will include 10 red tulip bulbs, 1 bulb planting tool, and Red Ribbon Week giveaways. Kits will be dropped off on Monday, October 19th. The zoom call will be on Wednesday, October 21st at 6:30pm. All virtual, no in-person participation. Limited to one box per household. Free.
