Stop by the Windsor Public Library this month to view “Entangled and Ingested,” an exhibit by Kat Owens.  Owens is a pollution researcher and professor from the University of Hartford who uses plastic to create life size portraits of animals impacted by plastic debris.  Her work will be on display all month long and Kat will host an interactive program at the Wilson Branch Library.
