We welcome our friends back from Czepiga, Daly, Pope, and Perry to tell you all about Fiduciary Roles, or the “People Part” of your Estate Plan. From 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Senior Center, you will learn that when you make an estate plan, you name a POA agent, an executor, a health care agent, and maybe a trustee. What are the differences between each role? Who should you choose? Can multiple people be named in each role? Learn the answers to these questions and more. Free.
