Fire Cider Making Workshop with Grounded Goodwife (Wilson)

Back by popular demand! On Tuesday, January 19 at 6PM Ehris & Velya of Grounded Goodwife will be presenting on how to create the ultimate herbal cold & flu remedy known as Fire Cider. This tonic is revered by herbalists for its ability to help prevent cold and flu symptoms and/or shorten their duration if they occur. It’s an apple cider vinegar remedy containing powerful immune-boosting, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, decongestant, and (optional) spicy circulatory herbs.

Participants will receive an 8oz glass jar and freeze dried elderberries. The remaining ingredients list will be emailed and can be found at any local grocery store (you may even have most laying around the house!)
