Free Marriage Licenses

The Town Clerk’s office continues the long standing tradition of issuing free marriage licenses on Valentine’s Day. The wedding ceremony must take place in Windsor for the license to be valid. All couples are eligible to win a romantic gift basket containing items donated by our local merchants. Justice of the Peace services may be arranged if requested in advance. Remember to bring a photo ID. Free. 860-285-1902.
