Frozen themed celebration

Do you want to build a snowman? We’re getting chilly with the Frozen themed celebration at the Windsor Public Library from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Come dressed up as your favorite frozen character for stories, crafts, and games all based around some of our favorite wintery princesses! Ages 3 and up, but little siblings are welcome!
