Heart Health Program

Join us today for a Heart Health Program from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM.  For heart health month, this program will provide helpful tips and information on Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), what it is and ways to lead a healthy and active life. Diana Hamilton, Director of Nursing at Stonebrook Village, will present on heart health and living well with CHF.  Free refreshments will be provided. ‪860-285-1992 to register.-28
