Windsor’s Memorial Day Observance begins with a ceremony at Elm Grove Cemetery on Poquonock Avenue at 8:00 AM followed by a ceremony at Veterans Cemetery on Pleasant Street at 9:00 AM. Following that ceremony, the Memorial Day parade will march to town hall where U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran Art Miller will present Parade Marshal’s address.
