Mindfulness in Movement

The Mindfulness in Movement Saturday Morning Yoga for the true beginner seeking to learn the basics of Yoga or anyone who wants to ease back into their practice. We’ll learn breath techniques to help become centered, release stress and anxiety, as well as integrate basic foundational postures and gentle mindful movements. Each class will progress incrementally to help increase flexibility and build strength, ending with a guided meditation. Classes met at the L.P. Wilson Community Center from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM through June 26 (No class May 30) Bring a yoga mat, cushion or blanket and water. $70.00. 860-285-1990.
