In celebration of Red Ribbon Week (October 23 – 31) we’re delivering red tulip kits to your house so you can plant a promise (that will bloom in the spring) to live a healthy and drug-free life. Red Ribbon Week is a national effort in which we raise awareness in the community about drug abuse. Each kit will include 10 red tulip bulbs, 1 bulb planting tool, and Red Ribbon Week giveaways.
