A Renter’s Rebate Program Seminar will be held at the L.P. Wilson Community Center in the All Purpose One Room from 10:30 AM to noon.  Join us for the discussion hosted by Social Services to find out what it is, who is eligible and what you need to apply.  Windsor residents who rent and are 65 and older or are over 18 and on Social Security disability may be eligible for the rebate depending on income.
