Shape Up & Work Out

Shape Up & Work Out begins today and continues every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Senior Center through April 29. Improve the health of your heart and lungs and keep your bones strong with this on-going exercise program. Weights are available for your use. Newcomers are welcome anytime.
