Sounds Healing Meditation

Join us for Sound Healing Meditation with Reiki Master and Sound Healer Edie Jemiola. Enjoy a guided mediation for a life-enhancing sonic journey into childlike joy, relaxation, and letting go of all that no longer serves us. The Meeting Room provides ample space to li down but feel free to bring a yoga mat, pillows, blanket or lounging chair, Sponsored by Windsor Library Association.
