Torchlight Parade and Carol Sing

Please join First Town Downtown in Windsor Center for an evening of holiday festivities at the Torchlight Parade and Carol Sing. Start at the Town Hall Portico at 6 PM for singing, then at 6:30 PM fire trucks and other vehicles will parade their holiday decorations. Parade begins on Capen Street and travels through downtown Windsor. Free. Call 860-247-8982 or visit firsttowndowntown.org for more info.
