Torchlight Parade and Carol Sing

Join First Town Downtown in Windsor Center for an evening of holiday festivities. Start at the Town Hall Portico at 6:00 PM for singing, then at 6:30 PM fire trucks and other vehicles will parade their holiday decorations.  Parade begins on Capen Street and travels through downtown Windsor. 860-247-8982. Free.
