The Windsor Public Library invites you over to our Facebook page to join Chef Rob Scott for a virtual Celebrate Cinco De Mayo on Monday, May 3 at 7:00 PM. Our menu includes Spaghetti Squash Burrito Bowl, Sheet Pan Fajitas with Lime, Holy Guacamole, and strawberry Aqua fresca with fresh Basil.
