The IRA’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs offers free basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals. VTA offers assistances to people who generally make $60,000 or less, persons with disabilities, and limited English-speaking taxpayers. A VTA representative will be on site for appointments on Monday evenings from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM February 5 through April 15 (excluding February 19, President’s Day.) Appointments are needed.
