Wellness Screening

Today, in the Senior Center join Public Health Nurse Jeni Waldo RN MS for the last Wellness Screening of a month’s long series. This service will offer free blood pressure screenings, pulse checks, medication reviews and assistance with self-monitoring blood pressure devices between 10-11:30 AM. Appointments may be made by calling 860-285-1992. Walk-ins are welcome, but may be subject to a wait. Rides can be arranged to your appointment or the lunch-time presentation by calling Dial-A-Ride at 860-285-1839 two days in advance.
