Today and every third Wednesday each month, Public Health Nurse Jeni Waldo RN MS, with the Town of Windsor will offer free Wellness Screenings at the senior center, including blood pressure screenings, pulse checks, medication reviews and assistance with self-monitoring blood pressure devices from 10 to 11:30 AM. Appointments may be made by calling: 860-285-1992. Walk-ins are welcome, but may be subject to a wait. Stick around after your wellness screening for a Hypertension Workshop over lunch with Jeni or other topic experts. Rides can be arranged to your appointment or the lunch-time presentation by calling Dial-A-Ride at 860-285-1839 two days in advance.
