Windsor 2019 Chili Challenge

The 2019 Chili Challenge will be presented by the Windsor Jaycees from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the Windsor Town Green. (Rain date is October 13.) Taste the flavors and feel the excitement of the community battling it out to see whose chili is the best!
