Bolton Financial, LLC, is a small financial firm that has been helping Windsor residents and businesses with their financial needs for 4 years. They assist clients with retirement accounts, college savings accounts, life, health, and disability insurance, and any other financial need one may have. Their main strategy to attract clients, however, was to visit local businesses, and network face-to-face. This all ended with the pandemic. The company was left with a severely limited ability to seek out new clients, and on top of that, they had to rapidly transition to remote work. This meant that the business was stuck with even more additional costs, as they had to buy equipment for their employees to work from home. With the $10,000 from the ARF Grant, Bolton Financial can offset some of those costs, as well as maintain payroll and keep up to date with bills. The grant money will help them to stay in business while they come up with post-pandemic strategies to grow and improve their company – a difficult task, but one they are certainly equipped to handle.
