Camp Foxfire 2020 Modifications

We appreciate your patience in waiting for firm answers on how the COVID-19 pandemic will impact our camp schedule and activities this summer. We want to assure you that park educators have been working diligently to stay informed about any guidelines and restrictions that will be applied to summer camp programs in our town and state and have developed program modifications as necessary. We are pleased to announce that we are able to run a program for most age groups, however, in order to meet state requirements we have had to cancel certain sessions. We are developing the procedures necessary to make sure everything is in place for the first day of camp on June 29th. We invite you to view all of our modifications below, and to please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We hope to see you for a summer filled with memorable nature experiences and fun activities!

Important Registration Information

We invite you to register for one, two, or all three of the unique weekly themed sessions per camper. Camp sessions are based on what grade level your child will enter in the fall. To maximize each child’s learning experience and to accommodate as many Windsor children into the program as possible, children may only attend a maximum of three weeks at Camp Foxfire.  Also, to keep the learning experience as diverse as possible, campers may not attend the same theme twice. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are open to all Windsor residents on Friday, January 31, 2020, at 8:00 AM and nonresidents on Friday, February 14, 2020, at 8:00 AM.
