Sit, Stretch, and Groove with Yoga Poses

Description: Incorporates balance, stretching, walking, and energetic exercise.  Participants can choose to exercise sitting in chairs if preferred.  A good class to start with if you haven’t exercised in a while.  Your instructor, Dee, also incorporates some highly beneficial yoga poses.

SCRIBE Writing Workshop via Zoom!

Hybrid Class: You may attend in-person at the Windsor Senior Center or virtually via Zoom.

When: Every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 10:00 AM

This workshop is designed to help senior citizens recall their life stories and capture them through the written and spoken word.  Based on the theory that good writing and storytelling are keys to a healthy mind, this workshop will enliven memories and involve participants in a creative group activity. It is open to all levels.
