Town Budget - FY2009
On May 13, 2008 the Fiscal Year 2009 proposed budget was opposed by Windsor voters. On May 19, 2008 the Windsor Town Council deliberated over changes to the proposed budget and approved a budget in the amount of $95,806,940, which was presented to Windsor voters at a June 3, 2008 referendum and passed. This budget proposes the same mill rate (29.30) as the current year and, therefore, no tax increase (0%).

Every adult citizen who is registered to vote – property owners and those who rent – is welcome to participate in determining the town budget.
